Compensation Plan

Just as you would consider the salary for a job, you should have a good understanding of the compensation plan prior to diving into an MLM. I'm going to explain the basics of Monat's compensation plan below, however please refer to the USA Compensation Plan At A Glance. Monat Market Partners get paid 5x per month; every Friday and on the 15th (bonus checks).

• Retail (sales) weekly bonuses

  • Earn 30% on sales from Retail customers

  • Earn 15% on sales from VIP (reoccurring) customers

• Personal sales bonus

  • Sell/purchase $1,000-$1,999 -- earn an extra 3%

  • Sell/purchase $2,000-$3,499 -- earn an extra 5%

  • Sell/purchase $3,500 or more -- earn an extra 10%

• VIP Customer Acquisition Bonus

  • Get 4 VIP customers in 1 month = $60 bonus

• Team bonuses

  • Earn 7-12% on team sales (increases with rank)

• Rank Advancement Bonuses

  • Earn an extra $100-$20,000 as you continue to advance in ranks

Minimum Quotas and Annual Fee

I'll keep this one simple... Monat doesn't have any quotas or purchase requirements. They do require an annual $50 membership renewal fee. You will receive multiple emails reminding you that your renewal fee is approaching 1 year from your sign up date. It will not charge you automatically.
